- Panorama Cruises take about 45 minutes. The duration of a lake crossing varies based on the route.
- No liability is accepted for the adherence to the specified times.
- If required, Panorama Cruises are also conducted with alternate boats.
- The terms and conditions specified on the notice boards (at the landing stages) apply.
- Pushchairs will only be transported if space permits.
- Family bonus panorama cruise: Parents pay the full fare only for their first two children (born 2010–2019) – all other children in the family go for free.
- Family ticket lake crossings: Parents pay the full fare only for their first child (born 2010–2019) – all other children in the family go for free.
- Dogs must be muzzled and kept on a lead whilst aboard! Cruises cost € 4.00 for dogs; crossings cost € 2.00.
