On Wednesday we will have a high pressure area over Europe, accompanied by warm air. High pressure accompanied by warm air means a pleasant mix of sunshine and clouds and mild temperatures.

From Thursday this strong area of high pressure will slowly drift eastwards. With a southerly flow bringing more humid air from the Mediterranean it will become cloudier, but there will no showers. From Friday, we will see frequent snowfall.
