On 21 March, Laurent Trojer, the winner of the Falstaff Young Talent Cups, awaits you at the Berghotel Schmittenhöhe. Laurent Trojer secured victory with his drink ‘Bitter Sweet Symphony’. Laurent Trojer will prepare various cocktails with his school mates.
Another highlight will be Alexander Morgenstern, who was voted most Innovative Bartender by Falstaff in 2024.
