Duration: 2 hours

Together with yoga teacher Monika Rauter, yoga beginners and experienced yogis hike to a beautiful viewing point near the Schmitten summit every Wednesday. Here, surrounded by mountain flowers and alpine meadows, the yoga mats are rolled out and strengthening asanas and relaxation exercises are practised.

Only takes place in good weather.

The yoga-course is free of charge with a valid cable-car ticket!

Registration necessary until 12.00 noon on the day before!

Please bring your own yoga mat!
You don't have your own yoga mat?
Yoga mats can also be borrowed free of charge from the InfoCenter at the valley station. Please bring an identity card with you.
