To kick off the Falstaff Ski Days, the Schmittenhöhe invites you to a culinary evening with 2-star chef Valeria Piccini and AreitAlm chef Raimund Knautz.

The event offers culinary delights for all senses: after a glass of Franciacorta in the AreitLounge, guest chef Valeria Piccini shows off her skills together with AreitAlm head chef Raimund Knautz. With its view of the Alps, the AreitAlm also provides the perfect backdrop for this unforgettable dining experience. The 4-course menu including aperitif & ‘piccola pasticceria is rounded off with a selected wine accompaniment.
